The staff were friendly & helpful throughout my stay. Great hotel for the solo traveller as it was clean & secure. I didn't realise the distance from the hotel to the city centre when booking (my error). It was only 2 km, which i did walk,but nothing to see on the walk-in. Grab motorbike was only 5-7 mins in. The pool upstairs was clean,but the pool lining was coming apart as you went further into the pool.

The breakfast buffet was fabulous with lots of options. The staff at LaCasa Hanoi are super helpful with suggestions for transport and sight seeing. We booked a junior suite and superior room -- both were really well appointed and very comfortable. This was my second stay there and I highly recommend.

1. The breakfast was perhaps the most outstanding point, especially the crispy samosa. 2. The room size was okay. The pictures on the walls were We didn't feel that it was a significant upgrade. 3. The place was clean and well-kept. The pillow was not too soft--which I liked. :-))

We stayed for a wedding ceremony and the staff were very attentive in helping us get ready for the event. The hotel has everything needed for a conformable stay.
